Importance of OIR in Screening

OIR (Officer Intelligence Rating) which includes verbal and nonverbal verbal test is performed to check the IQ levels of the candidates and PPDT gives glimpse of the candidate to all the assessors ( IO, GTO and Psych ) to help them assess whether candidate is fit tone taken to stage two or not.

If candidate has unacceptable IQ levels he will not be accepted.
